Rev. (Engr.) Etteh I.I. Etteh is the Chairman. Rev. Etteh is a principal partner in the firm of Etteh Aro & Partners, a leading Nigerian owned and Nigerian operated engineering firm located in Ibadan since 1970. His professional qualifications include MIHE, MICE, C. Eng., MNSE, FNSE and Foundation Fellow at the Nigerian Academy of Engineering, leading to an expertise in bridges and roads. With more than 40 years of engineering experience, Rev. Etteh has successfully designed and executed contract management for over eighty seven (87) projects for the federal government, and over 225 projects for State government, FCT and parastatals; located throughout Nigeria.
Engr. Ukot Thomas Ukot. Eng. Ukot is currently the Managing Director of Dortom Engineering Limited in Port-Harcourt where he is responsible for the design and supervision of reinforced concrete and steel structures. His 40+ year engineering career started as a Senior Assistant Technician with the Department of Civil Engineering at University Zaria, ultimately leading to engineering positions with the Kwara State Water Board Illorin and Etteh‐Aro & Partners. Eng. Ukot’s success eventually lead to his own engineering firm – Ultimate Engineers in Port Harcourt, from which he was hired as the Executive Director Projects and Member of the Board of Directors for the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).
Engr. Ms. Mayen Adetiba. Engr. Adetiba is a Principal Partner of Delkem Associates, a Consulting Engineering outfit, and Chairman/Managing Director of Mayad Limited. She is currently a Fellow, and Past Vice President of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, along with being a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). Engr. Mrs. Mayen Adetiba is the Chartered Secretary‐General of the Association of Professional Women Engineers in Nigeria (APWEN) and the First Female Engineer to be elected into the Executive Committee of the Nigerian Society of Engineers.
Victor Akpanika, MD/CEO. Mr. Akpanika brings almost 30 years of work experience in a variety of government and private industry endeavors. Backed by a foundation of education in business management, public service administration and economics, his career spans from teaching in the public school district in Imo State to serving as a Board Member for the Akwa-Ibom Hospital. In Federal government service he served as a commercial manager for the Nigeria Postal Service. Yet it was his private sector experience that exposed him most, to key sector elements that would prepare him to manage PNL. He has held the position of Manager – Corporate Affairs, Marketing and Business Development, for both I.A.S. Cargo Airlines / Federal Express and Jubas Engineering Nigeria Limited. He later became the Community Relations Advisor for Shell Petroleum Development Corporation in Port Harcourt introducing him to the intricacies of the petroleum sector. Today, along with his position at PNL, he is the Managing Director for Toolspushers Nigeria Limited, an oil and gas engineering, construction and maintenance company. Mr. Akpanika is a strong community advocate, actively participating in a number of social activities furthering local interests.
Bernie Groseclose, Principal at International Port & Maritime Consulting, Former President & Chief Executive Officer, South Carolina State Ports Authority, Charleston, South Carolina, USA, Served as Chairman of Association of Port Autorities, Vice President, International Asociation of Ports & Harbors, and one time on the maritime transportation advisory group to the USA Secretary of Transportation, as Port Notel Limited, in-house Technical Adviser, he is leading the overall Technical and Strategic plan of the port project.
